Some of the basic features of our Dedicated Server administrator Plan are given below:

  • Same technician daily
  • Service provided on a monthly basis
  • Support provided for 8 hours a day, 5 days in a week
  • Staff members possess strong technical and communication skills
  • Technicians can be reached via email and IM
  • Staff to be rotated through three shifts (06-14hrs, 14-22hrs, 22-06hrs IST)
