Good Night Server Support Plans

The night support plans are designed for small/midsized webhosting companies. This plan is a shared support plan where our support engineers take over the client’s night shift timings. Our shared technical support engineer works on shared projects simultaneously during his shift. While your in-house support engineers’ retire from work for the day, our Support staff can take over the web hosting support on their behalf. The clients will have the option to select time slabs – 5, 8 and 12 hrs (or even 16 hours). The 8 hrs plan will cover the whole night and the 12 hr plan will cover one shift and half of the next shift. All the plans include guaranteed ticket response time of 1hour and a resolution time of 6 hours.
